Warehouses
Perimeter and yard fencing around loading, hardstand and truck movement areas.

Perimeters, yards and access points for warehouses, industrial estates, trade facilities and commercial developments - specified around how the site actually operates.
On a working site the fence has three jobs: hold the boundary, protect what's inside it, and let trucks, plant and people through in the right places. Get the access points wrong and the fence gets propped open, cut or driven through within a year.
Most commercial jobs start with the boundary - the run along the street, the neighbour and the rear of the yard. Street frontage usually wants a fence that looks like the business behind it, so steel security or spear top does the work. The back and side runs come down to metres covered and how long it lasts, which is where chainwire is hard to beat on cost.
Then come the access points: main vehicle entry, delivery and loading areas, and separate pedestrian gates so staff and visitors aren't walking through the truck route. Gate sizing, swing space, slope and how the gate is going to be operated day to day are decided before anything is fabricated.
Inside the fence line there's usually a second layer - plant compounds, equipment cages, stock storage and restricted areas that need to be secured from the rest of the yard. That internal separation is often what the insurer or the site manager actually cares about.
Truck movements, loading areas and staff access decided before the fence line is set.
Steel to the street, chainwire down the long runs - you only pay for presence where it's seen.
Gates sized and hung for the vehicles that actually use them, not the smallest option that fits.
Work sequenced so the yard stays secure and operating while sections are replaced.
You don't need the terminology. Pick the requirement and we'll show you the system that handles it.
Best cost per metre over long yard and rear boundaries, and it takes wind loading well.

The things people actually ask us before they commit to a job.
It usually isn't one system. Chainwire handles the long side and rear boundaries at the best cost per metre, and steel security or spear top goes on the street frontage where the site is seen and where entry is most likely. We walk the boundary with you and split it that way rather than pricing the whole perimeter at the highest spec.
"Out of five fencers I contacted to rebuild the chainlink security fencing at Big Box Self Storage, Jordan was the only one genuinely interested in doing the job and was the most reasonably priced. Jordan and his team did an amazing job - just drive to the rear carpark of Harbour Town shops to see it. Thanks again Jordan and team."
"Wood Trades installed a patio on our granny flat. It turned out exactly as we discussed. We're very happy with the quality of work Jordan completed and will contact Wood Trades as our first choice for any future jobs. Jordan was very professional - turning up on time and leaving the job site tidy. Highly recommend."
"Jordan is the best trade we have ever worked with. So friendly, on time, great communication, super tidy work site and best of all brought all of my last minute and crazy ideas to life!"
