Property Boundaries
Long boundary runs set out to the fall of the land.

Boundary, entrance and paddock fencing for acreage and rural properties - one of the few residential jobs we take on, because it's built the same way as our commercial work.
Acreage fencing is a distance job. The cost is driven by metres, terrain and access, and the difference between a fence that lasts and one that leans is almost always what happens at the strainers, corners and gate posts.
Ground dictates a lot of it - rock, sand, black soil, gullies and slope all change how posts go in and how the run is set out. Long runs need proper straining assemblies at the ends and changes of direction, and they need to follow the fall of the land rather than stepping down it.
Entrances are the part people care most about, because it's the first thing anyone sees. Gate width, the swing or slide, where the vehicle has to stop and how the driveway drains all get decided before the posts go in. Beyond that it's boundary containment, paddock separation and keeping the property line clear and defensible.
Terrain, access and clearing all affect the number - we tell you which is driving it.
Ends, corners and gate posts are what hold a long run tight for decades.
Runs set out to the fall of the ground instead of stepping panel by panel.
Gate width and swing set for the ute, float or truck that actually uses it.
You don't need the terminology. Pick the requirement and we'll show you the system that handles it.

Acreage is one of the few residential jobs we take on, because it's built the same way as our commercial work - long runs, proper strainers and machinery on site. Standard suburban fencing generally isn't what we're set up for.
"Out of five fencers I contacted to rebuild the chainlink security fencing at Big Box Self Storage, Jordan was the only one genuinely interested in doing the job and was the most reasonably priced. Jordan and his team did an amazing job - just drive to the rear carpark of Harbour Town shops to see it. Thanks again Jordan and team."
"Wood Trades installed a patio on our granny flat. It turned out exactly as we discussed. We're very happy with the quality of work Jordan completed and will contact Wood Trades as our first choice for any future jobs. Jordan was very professional - turning up on time and leaving the job site tidy. Highly recommend."
"Jordan is the best trade we have ever worked with. So friendly, on time, great communication, super tidy work site and best of all brought all of my last minute and crazy ideas to life!"
